    Workout routine yes or no?

    Hey, so I work out in 4 day cycles.

    Day 1 chest bices bb flat, bb incline, barbell decline. I do about 5 or 6 sets of each work my way up in weight then drop to my starting weight and pump it out.

    Day 2 back and trics lat pull down to the chest, lat pull down behind the head, lat pull down to the chest different grip, dead lifts, lat pull down to to side and bb rows, db rows t bar rows. Then dips close grip bench rope pull down kickers ect.



    Shoulders and traps

    And legs

    I do core everyday obliques 1 day abs 1 day.

    Is this good to build up some strenght? I want to be strong but still quick and good stamina. Am I doing this the right way?? Tips advice sets reps what ever you got I want. Getting dymatize iso 100 and casien, glutime bcaa waxy carb stuff
