I mean seriously if you're looking for a "spartacus" workout or a "300" workout, either do crossfit or P90X. That's the closest thing you're going to find and the only thing the hollywood workouts have that give great results (outside of anabolic support) is that they are all completely based on the muscle confusion principle

I've tried it for the second time now and still just managed one full circuit but with better form and recovered quicker between sets. it's really an advanced workout and very difficult. Everyone saying it is hype should try it first. I only managed one round as well the first time I tried it,it killed me. Really hits you hard. To break it down, you do the 10 exercises, each for 60 seconds with as many reps as you can fit in and just 15 seconds to rest between each one. Once you've completed an entire circuit you only got 2 minutes to rest before hitting the entire thing for a second and third time. It is very gruelling and I would give serious credit to whoever can complete this circuit 3 times in the recommended time. Sure you could probably mix it up with other exercises but the main thing here is the time you get to complete it all and the minimal rest periods between sets keeps you in that high cardio zone. Try it peeps before you knock it. Anyone up for the challenge?
Just google it for the work out chart.

If your 211lbs is out of shape and fat, then almost any "circuit" type training, like most Hollywood training "programs" would work, if you control calories. That is if your goal is fat loss.
If your goal is muscle gain, you might be better inspired by watching "Pumping Iron".Beginners:

Unless it is obvious to anyone who isn't blind that you lift weights, you might still benefit from a little more attention to big basic barbell exercises for enough reps:).

Honestly, the Spartacus workout, the 300 workout, etc. are just CrossFit/circuit style workouts that are given a fancy name. That doesn't mean you should discount their usefulness just based on their Hollywood name if that is the style of workout you are going for though. One thing I like about the 300 workout is the competition aspect of it. The best time that one of the actors got was about 18 minutes and honestly the best that I could get was 30 minutes (http://www.weighttraining.com/workou...0-workout-plan) give it a try its harder than you might think.... (Also, here is the Spartacus workout: http://www.weighttraining.com/workou...s-workout-plan)

Been doing the Spartacus workout 2-3 times per week for 3 weeks now. It is a mofo. First time I only did 2 out of the 3 rounds. Next few times I finished but rested 3-4 minutes in between rounds instead of 2 minutes. The best part is that you're doing a very hard cardio workout, but without really risking losing muscle. And you're burning calories for long after the workout is done. It's a good way to mix things up and kick your ass for awhile. I'll wouldn't rely on exclusively though.
It's fun coming up with your own circuit training routine. I used to live by a pretty steep hill. I'd mix in sprints up the hill with various light weight exercises (i.e. jumping squats, lunges holding weight overhead, one arm cleans, shoulder press, star jumps, pullups, star jumps, etc, etc).
Hell, get on over to an open soccer field. Mix sprints in with some bodyweight exercises. You can get yourself to utter collapse inside of 15 minutes even if you're in great shape and you try hard enough.---ATTENTION ALL FATASSES: stop whining and put the fork down!!
