Ok so I did chest and delts only the other day(skipped tri's b/c my delts are kinda lagging) and wow did i get a great pump from it. my routine is:

Chest:
Incline Bench 3x10
Bench 3x10
DB Flies 4x10

Delts:
Military press 3x8
Upright Rows 3x8
Lateral raises super set with front raises 3x8
(did i hit all three parts of the deltoid?)

i took WF about 30 mins prior to my workout and about 20 mins after i took it i could feel the tingles of the beta alanine and i was stoked! so i stretched and got ready to do incline and wow. ive been kinda struggling with 135 with white flood it was like benching the bar.
i already have a kinda low bodyfat(ill pos progress pics on my body space) but veins were EVERYWHERE. and im not talking about the gross blue veins grandmas have i mean THICK SKIN raising veins. but any ways the actual review


Taste: 8/10
I mean its pretty good but not like "holy crap ill have this with breakfast lunch and dinner!"
Just take this with ALOT of water.

It was ok i should probably wait longer after i had a meal but i will try that today!

heard really good things about wf. was looking at jack3d for a bit since its cheaper, but everyone ive heard from say that they need to take a few servings of jack3d too feel it, so if one serving works for wf then jack3d isnt really a better deal.
