Hello,
Im looking for a protein powder that still comes in flavors, but my doctor tells me I cannot have Aspertame or Sucralose. But I can have Fructose, regular sugar, and or Stevia.
Can someone recommend some powders and where i can find them? Thanks a bunch!!!

dymatize elite whey has a natural line with stevia i believe... i know ON whey comes in a natural line with stevia as well.
NOW has whey concentrate and whey isolate might be stevia free based on the flavor you choose too••• Xtend Representative •••

Kind of reminds me of this doctor who warned me not to take creatine because his buddy experienced suppression while on it, then cycled off and lost all of his gains. Most gullible doctor ever...not sure how these people get licensed.
I guess there is a possibility that the OP has GI problems with certain artificial sweeteners and not others?Olympus Labs Representative

Don't recall seeing anything on long-term human studies as far as stevia goes. But mice studies seem to show detrimental nervous system effects with stevia: http://www.fasebj.org/content/29/1_S...nt/983.4.short
Keep in mind these are most likely huge doses though. I can't get at the full text to say for sure.Olympus Labs Representative
