    Farting .. A Lot.

    I'am bulking atm, So I mainly eat a lot of :

    - Brown Bread.
    - Tuna.
    - Eggs.
    - Chicken.
    - Green Tea.
    - Special K Cereal or Weetabix.
    - Porridge.
    - Fruit.

    Now, I know Green tea makes you fart a lot, So I stoped having three cups a day.
    Eggs as well, I don't eat that many of them anymore.
    I've also been told a lot of fiber makes wind, But Does anyone else have the same problem ?

    I drink about 3-4 cups of green tea a day and it seems to have the opposite effect on me. When do you drink your green tea? I usually have it bout 15-20 mins after a meal.

    when your body gets used to high protein/fiber it will stop. If i drastically change my diet it happens to me as well until im used to the new way im eating.

    that explains ALOT. i put egg whites in my diet and i started farting like mad crazy at school.

    Yeah i'm always letting loose when no one is around. It's all my protein and vegetables that make me fart. It's kinda ridiculous, but it's normal. My buddy said I could rob a bank with my farts...

    yeah, when i started my proper diet, i farted like crazy but got better after a week or so.

    When I first changed my diet 2 years ago to a high protein diet and first started taking whey protein, I was farting all day. After a month or so my body got used to the diet and it wore off
