I'am bulking atm, So I mainly eat a lot of :
- Brown Bread.
- Green Tea.
- Special K Cereal or Weetabix.
Now, I know Green tea makes you fart a lot, So I stoped having three cups a day.
Eggs as well, I don't eat that many of them anymore.
I've also been told a lot of fiber makes wind, But Does anyone else have the same problem ?
