Bench press:

40 x 8

Inverted rows:
3 sets, 12 reps
Rested 5-6 minutes in between each main set on the bench. 2 mins with the inverted rows.
Diet
6 serves milk
2 serves protein shake
100 grams cheese
1 pita bread
1 foot long subway roll
3 cookies
2 potatoes
hand full of lima beans
8 tbs peanut butter
