    Help with my cut please...

Ok so I started cutting a little over a week ago. I wrote down all of the nutrition facts and was shocked to find out that I was only getting about 1300 calories a day which i know is really low. I'm 5'9" about 186 lbs, and my bmr with no acticity (according to some online calculator) is about 2100. I know that people are going to say that my calories are very low and that that can cut muscle instead of fat, but I have actually gained strength so far on this diet and I am not hungry during the day... Heres what my usual daily diet is...

    Meal 1
    1/2 cup of oatmeal and 1 scoop of Optimum Whey. Cals= 280, fat= 3.5g, carb= 36g, pro=28g

    meal 2
Lean beef sandwich on whole wheat bread + natural apple sauce. cals=240, fat=3.5g, carb= 37g, pro=17g

    meal 3
usualy a lean pocket (ps i know this isnt the best but i have to get something fast to plan around school, work, and my workout) cals= 290, fat= 8g, carbs= 40g, pro=12 g

    meal 4
    2 scoops of Optimum Nutrition Whey. cals= 240, fat= 2 g, carb= 8g, pro=48g

    meal 5
    either chicken breast or lean roast beef. cals= 60, fat=2g, carb= 0g, pro= 10g

    meal 6 (before bed)
    1 scoop Optimum cassien shake. cals= 110, fat= .5g, carb= 3g, pro= 24g

    so anyways it works out to being cals=1220, fat= 19.5g, carb= 124g, pro=139g

I lift weights heavy 5 days a week and usually either do cardio or play basketball.

    Opinions and help greatly appreciated.

gaining strength and not being hungry dosent mean that your loosing fat and not loosing muscle. since this is your 2nd post im going to assume your new to weight lifting, the strength gains your seeing are from your muscles adapting to the weights your lifting AKA noob gains. we also need to your BF% before anyone can say anything about ur calorie intake.

Don't fix it if it aint broke. Sounds like it is working for you, so why change? Our bodies work different, find what works for you and stick to it. Why cut for 10,000 years if you can do it in 2 month? the less you eat the faster the cut
