hi guys, I'm trying to help a friend to make his own pre workout supp because its really expensive to buy from where he is from(not from north america), so can u guys give me the basic ingredients that a simple pre workout supp must have? thx, ill rep!!

Tried making my own once, well researched it quite a bit and found that it woulda ended up being almost just as expensive to make my own and more complicated, not really worth the time. I don't see how it will be easier/less expensive for ur friend to buy the raw ingredients, especially since BB.com is so cheap and ships everywhere....(which im guessing he cant order offline and the in person stores will be just as much of a rip off for "raws" as it would be for the complete product.
1,3-Dimethylamylamine is a good addition on top of what the previous poster suggested....

i think IMO its cheaper to make it you can buy bulk creatine ethyl, glutamine, arginine, beta alanine, and caffeine pills for like 105 bucks, and they have servings ranging from 200-300 compared to like noxplode which has 50 servings and is around 45 dollars anyways. plus this way you know what your putting in and what your getting, most of those proprietary blends you dont even know how much of what your getting, just my opinion though.

Fellas, a good pre has a lot more it it than just caffeine. There are ingredients for focus, recovery, endurance, volumization, pumps, vascularity, strength, etc. If all that people wanted in a PWO was caffeine, PWOs wouldn't be one of the top selling categories of bb supps.

Pre workout
I'm no expert but I've gone for following having bought in bulk to save
Made up several 500g tubs of;
100g beta alanine
100g l-arginine
100g creative m
100g bcaa
50g hmb. I've gone for a similar post work out tub with l-glutamine
A 15g scoop will give u 3g of each with hmb 1.5 g. I believe this has most areas covered without going over the top but I'm willing to listen if any of you guys / girls can help
