Buy a weight gainer supplement if you cant get in the high amount of calories and protein you need. Increase to 1-1.5 grams of protein a day. Start a creatine supplement, this will help you increase your weights, recovery and itll make you heavier too. The whole "gain 5lbs of muscle in a week!!!" on the creatine bottles, yeah..... water weight. But hey youll look bigger! BCAA's arent needed , bcaa's are mostly only needed for cutting so dont worry about bcaa's, thats a good way to waste more money. I had a hard time getting started when I first started lifting again, I Purchased Animal pak (multivitamin) and Animal - Stak and liked it a lot. Animal-stak or animal -mstak would be a great product for you and is safe for your age.
Any other more detailed questions feel free to ask or PM me

I'm trying to bulk too, and as each week goes by I add a little more to my diet.
I'm still a newbie so don't take my word as gospel, but it's amazing how quickly the body can adapt to what you give it.
Remember timing is a key point too. Make sure you have your meals at around the same time every day (2 hours, 3 hours max between each one), and you'll find your body will learn and actually remind you that you need to eat again a couple of hours after your last meal.
Then just increase the size of each meal gradually, week by week or even fortnight by fortnight. Don't try to jump up to monster meals if you're only used to small portions, you're body won't know what to do with it. Steady increases will ensure it adapts.
By doing this I think I'm up to around 3500 cals a day (haven't done a proper count for a while) - but good cals; lots of complex carbs and natural protein. I only take two supps; Instant Mass after my workout in the morning, and Instant Whey before I go to bed to keep protein levels up while I sleep. What works for one won't work for all...
only you can find out what works for you.

This to. Started bulking in Nov. Started by eating everything all at once. Then I got full and had trouble eating. Around Jan started more into small meals and i'm up to 4000-4,500 a day now and I'm always still hungry and can eat more. Start small and get bigger meals in every week.
Weight gainers also help but relied on those to much in the begining and now I take a 1/2 serving everyday instead of 1.5 servings a day like before. Sometimes more depending on if i'm traveling a lot that day.
Also adding things like a few tbsp. or olive oil and 100g almonds in a day is a good way to another 3-500 calories.
