    What's better for low reps: rack chins or weighted pull-ups

    Don't ask why I'm asking lol, what would be a more strength-based and more low-rep feeling exercise, rack chins or weighted pull-ups?

    both are good and almost the same excersise i think,rack chins are prob easier so you can prolly use more weight

    definitely weighted pullups, both have their merits but you'll outgrow the rack chins i'd say

    I would reccomend rack chins to someone who can't do wide grip chins with their bodyweight. If u can do weighted wide grip chins that's even better
