right now i take protein/creatine/multivitamin/NO Xplode
after i finish no xplode in a couple weeks, i will no longer take it
creatine will remain in my routine for the next month or so.
after i stop, whats likely to happen?
how long should i load off?

You may notice a slight drop in weight (but not necessarily) from water weight, but that should be about it.
Regarding cycling creatine, there are lots of different opinions on this one. Some people never do, some do ever 8-12 weeks, but some research that I was made aware of in the last while indicates that it may be best to use only intermittently (ie-workout days only) to keep creatine levels high. By doing this, you will not cause a downregulation of creatine uptake
