    to be honest it depends.
    I like my chocolate whey with milk (8g extra protein)
    But i like my banana cream casein with water.

    Its a preference thing. with milk has a thicker consistency and more protein.

    depends what time you take it. Post workout with WATER so it absorbs faster. Before bed with MILK so it absorbs slower throughout the night while you sleep

    It all depends on what your macros are. If your trying to cut I would say mix it in water, on a bulk it's more acceptable to mix in milk. I always have my protein in water.

    milk gives it better taste but more calories.
