to be honest it depends.
I like my chocolate whey with milk (8g extra protein)
But i like my banana cream casein with water.
Its a preference thing. with milk has a thicker consistency and more protein.Big Three:
Deadlift - 310x5
Bench - 190x6
Squat - 275x6

depends what time you take it. Post workout with WATER so it absorbs faster. Before bed with MILK so it absorbs slower throughout the night while you sleep
