i've got some unflavoured CASEIN protein that i've had for about 1 year now. i opened it and realised how horrible it tasted and just discarded it. but i want to use it now but im unsure if its gonna be ok to drink. as i say its but unsealed for about a year but it smells ok..

does it taste differently than it did when you bought it? my guess would be that if the flavor has turned sour and horrible compared to what it used to be, then you shouldnt consume it.

If it was left open, I'd be more hesitant. But I would think it should smell by now...
How did you just have an open container of powder without it getting everywhere....
