Almost positive not a repost... my bad if it is.

Ben Pakulski will be doing the New York this year.
For those unfamiliar, Ben placed first at the 2008 Canadian Nationals and won the overall where he recieved his IFBB pro card. He competed last year in Tampa and placed third to Foaud Abiad and Dennis James (His first IFBB competition), however, he decided to skip the Olympia. The New York will only be his second IFBB competition. I think he has a pretty solid chance of getting a top 5 finish.

Ben has a good front relaxed pose, which I think is due to his wide and round shoulders and his narrow waist, which is accentuated by his long torso; also, his chest is good in that pose too- it's pretty complete and squarish (meets low in the middle). Of course, his legs are his best asset.
He definitely needs to fill out his back and bring up his arms, though. If he can do that, he'll be fairly complete.Nothing

Can't wait to see what he looks like in NY. I think he could stack up to Wolf pretty well (so long as they don't turn around )
Yeah I wouldn't say he got screwed. I personally thought it should have gone Foaud, Ben, and Dennis, but the gaps between the three were too close for me to really have an issue with the judging. The Europa on the other handBench: 215x12 (17/12/2011) PR since torn RC

lol I'm not white, im brown.
haha yeah it is, I just dont find to many top tier white bodybuilders that impressive. The lines, symmetry and aesthetic look of most black guys just seems so much more pleasing on the eye. I do like this guy and Evan aswell.***Roelly Winklaar, Dave Henry & Brandon Curry Fan Club!***
