Okay, I am 6 feet 4 inches. I weigh 140 pounds, and my doctor told me im well underweight. he said i should be atleast 180 if not more. Im really skinny for some reason. i've been hitting the gym for a while, and eating alot of high protein foods. Can anyone give me tips on increasing body mass, and muscle with also gaining some weight?

i eat almsot everything. like chunks of bread, fruits, meats, pork, I eat 3 eggs everyday, put cheese all my grains. milk intake is like 8 glasses of 250ml, and fruit juices again like 4 glasses of 250ml. I also tried eating every hour. still nothing. i've been doing this for like 3 months continously, and i've gained like 5-8 pounds:S
