Sup brahs, Joezki here, 19 from Scotland. Been training since January 9th 2013 running a standard bro-split, around 3 months ago i switched it up to a Hypertrophy/strength split and saw my strength shoot up from what it was before. After seeing noticeable strength gains, iv decided to stick with my current split. I'll be using this log to keep track of each workout and progression, as well as posting vids and some other stuff.
Lifts as of 21/12/13:
B: 95kg (Didn't flat bb bench for first 3 months, went full potate)
S: 125kg (Haven't hit this heavy in a while, most likely gone down)
D: 155kg
Stats as of 21/12/13:
165cm / 5'5
178lbs
20% BF
Goals for 2014:
B: 135-140kg
S: 150-155kg
D: 200kg
Long term goals:
Get as strong as i can, compete alot, have fun!
May cut down to 150-155 at some-point, depending how i maintain strength.

Today was upperbody hypertrophy.
3xF :: Flat bench @ 70kg
3x8-12 :: Incline dumbell fly @ 17.5kg

3x8-12 :: DB shoulder press @ 30kg
3xF :: Side lat raises w/ Cables @ 40lbs (Love doing this on cables once in a while)

3xF :: BB rows @ 80kg
3x8-12 :: Lat pulldowns w/wide grip @ 70kg

3xF :: DB curls @ 17.5kg
3xF :: Cable curls
3x8 :: Hammer curls @ 25kg

3x15 :: Tricep extensions
3x15 :: Skullcrushers @ 30kg

3x15 :: DB shrugs @ 35kg
Had nothing to eat before training, so felt really weak most of the workout. Other than that, felt great, good session. For anyone wondering, I up the reps to 15 as i think its the best range for the chosen body parts. Legs tomorrow, so will try and get a few videos, no promises though!++ Positive Crew ++
