one of my favorites...the place I was posting about before, Flattop Grill, closed down. Loved that place! The parent company filed for bankruptcy.

We used to have a Fatz Cafe (better than O'Charleys) in my hometown been there for over 20+ years but it didn't survive due to influx of mediocre fast food chains.

This I agree. I was doing all bro bench (flat benching all time) until 7 years ago when I made the switched to incline presses and pretty happy with overall pecs progress.

There is just something more noticeable about pecs which are developed with incline work.

Neglect your incline work, and you'll have saggy lookin' bewbs.
