What the.. I don't even...
Looks good bro, hard to tell but I think that maybe you are pushing forward on your knees to much to lower yourself down for the squat. Best to just squat down, bend at the hips just as like as if you are going to sit down in a chair, (the knees will come forwards naturally) but it just seems as if you are lowering your body by going somewhat forward on your knees, looks like your knees go forward first before you actually even start the squat.

12/7/2012 Friday
Rest 6.5hrs.
Notes: Got the day off today so I went to the gym during noon time. It was a nice change to see completely different crowds and even more HBB around this time.
Preworkout 1 cup of coffee, 3 scoops of BRX and 1 scoop of Hemavol. Strong stim junkie.
Intra 1 scoop of Complete and 1 scoop of Serum.
Postworkout 2 scoops of Giant Sports whey
Chest & Bi's Today is my 2nd chest session since I got injured.
Warm up/Cardio: 16 minutes on incline walk, Cals = 154.
Exercise: 1 DBs Incline Press

32.5x25x3
Exercise: 2 DBs Incline Flies
32.5x15x1
32.5x12x4
Exercise: 3 Decline BB Press
55x25x1
65x20x1
95x15x1
95x12x1
95x15x2
Notes: Arm felt a lot better but I definitely felt my injured arm is a lot weaker. I felt that I press more with my left than my right and my right couldn't keep up. I have to be careful with this because I don't want to end up having an uneven chest.

Exercise: 5 HS Machine Single Press

Exercise: 6 Seated DBs Curls

Exercise: 7 Seated DB Concentrate Curls

Notes: I have to use my lefty to assist my right on the last 2-3 reps. Left definitely a lot weaker.

Cardio: N/A.
Notes: I have to skip out on abs and cardio cause I have some errands that I needed to do. Originally plan was to return to the gym in the evening for some cardio and abs, but instead I ended up eating at a buffet. Planning on starting fresh and get back to it on a more consistently starting Sunday.
