9/5/2012 Wednesday
Rest 11hrs. I feel like the more I sleep the harder time I have to deal with getting up.
Preworkout 1 scoop of Craze.
Intra 1 scoops of Hemavol and 1 scoop of Serum. I goofed on this. Instead of using Complete, I accidentally use a pwo for intra instead. Thank god no restroom break needed in that nasty gym.
Postworkout Shake.
Legs
Warm up/Cardio: 30 minutes on spinning cycle, Cals = unknown. I wasn't going too intense so not much cals were burn I think.
Exercise: 1 LifeFitness Seated Legs Curl (Warm up)
85x20x1
100x20x1
115x15x2
Exercise: 2 LifeFitness Legs Extension (Warm up) while waiting for a open squat rack.
100x15x4
Exercise: 3 BB Front Squats
BARx20x1
95x20x1
115x15x2
135x12x1
155x10x1
Video: I need to stand back a bit more because the plates kept on hitting the plate holder at the squat rack.
165x8x1
185x7x1 PR!
Video: This time I stand back a bit but I was having a hard time balancing the bar and my form looked like crap. But is still a PR, just bad form PR. LOL After this set, I felt like puking out the chickent that I ate 4 hours ago. So I gave myself a longer resting period and try to go for one more set.
185x2x1
Notes: The second set of the 185 was only 2 reps. The bar starting to slip off and I tried to push it back up and ended up using my right tricep and it was hurting like a mofo. So I figure this is a sign for me to stop before it gets worse.
Exercise: 4 Legs Press
2P/Sx10x4 Single Leg
4P/Sx12x2 Both Legs
6P/Sx12x2 ^^^
8P/Sx10x2 ^^^
8P/Sx8x2 ^^^
4P/Sx12x2 ^^^
Exercise: 5 LifeFitness Leg Extension (All single leg)
55x12x2
60x12x2
65x10x2
70x10x2
Exercise: 6 LifeFitness Laying Leg Curl (All single leg)
50x12x2
55x12x1
55x10x1
60x10x2
65x10x2
Abs: N/A
Cardio: N/A
Notes: I am pretty happy with this session. My front squat is improving a bit, but I definitely need to work on my form, balancing and try to go down deeper. Next time I will use another squat rack without the side bars that hold the plates. I will also do a video on the side for form check and critiques. Please feel free to critiques and make suggestions. I want to improve my squats. Other than that, have a great Thursday. If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.

Hows the knee? Looks like you didn't have any trouble with it. Nice call on stopping before you hurt yourself more on the front squats.

9/6/2012 Thursday
Rest 3.75hrs + 30 mins nap. Took me a good 15 mins to shake it off from my nap.
Preworkout .5 scoop of Hemavol and 1 scoop of Craze.
Intra 1 scoops of Complete and 1 scoop of Serum.
Postworkout Shake.
Notes: All day today at work, I kept on thinking about training for some reason. Is like my mind is not there all I can think of is should I give back training a try. Will that fuk up my arm and make it worst? The thought kept going back and forth in my mind. So I decided to tape it up really good today and give it a shot to see how it goes.
Back
Warm up/Cardio: 30 minutes StairMaster, Cals = 335.
Exercise: 1 WG Front Pull Down
105x20x3
120x15x3
Exercise: 2 Seated Cable Rows (D-Bar)
105x12x2
120x12x2
130x12x2
Exercise: 3 D-Bar Front Pull Down
120x10x4
Notes: These aren't full range of motion. Maybe about 80% because each time I go down lower, I feel it in my arm.
Exercise: 4 BB Rows
135x15x2
155x15x2
185x15x2
Exercise: 5 HS Single Rows
1P/Sx15x1
2P/Sx12x4
Exercise: 6 FreeMotion Single Cable Lower Rows
35x20x1
50x20x1
70x15x1
80x15x1
100x15x1
Abs: Dragon Flies
20x1
15x1
10x8
Cardio: 31:05 on incline walk, Cals = 300.
Notes: I felt so good finally getting a back workout in. I was dying to train upper body for a few days now. Today weight session went by pretty quick. My rest period were between 30-40 secs. The abs workout took the longest because it burns so much after each set and I am glad that I knocked them out. Arm didn't really bother me much so that is a good sign. Its flexibility has also improved. I pretty much get the full range of motion back so that is a good sign. But I am still going to have the MRI done tomorrow to make sure everything is ok.
Also the reg at the gym said I look like I lost a lot of size. I have a mix feeling about this. Half of me, I am pretty happy which means I am making some progress with the cut. At the same time, I am kind of sad because I am smaller. When I was changing and I looked in the mirror, my body looks so flat. I guess that is the price that we have to deal with if we want to cut up and obtain abs. I guess I will deal with it for now and keep on focusing on getting lean. Once I obtained the abs then I can slowly lean bulk back up without the dreamer bulk. That is all I got for today.
TGIF everyone! If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.

Great back day, glad you were able to get it in.
Don't worry about the size thing. You would be blown away how much size fluctuates with glycogen storage levels. Diet down, look flat. Eat normal for a few days and look big again.
Also, you're always look smaller in a shirt when losing fat. Just throw on a tank and let the guns hang out.#blackriflelivesmatter

Deadlifts or deadlift variation, not even once. Still GJ on shocking the back
Don't worry about that, it's a good thing. It does mean your dropping some fat bro. Disregard measurements, when you're cut up you're going to look big with a shirt off. And as S_T said in a deficit your glycogen stores are lower and you're gonna look flat. One carb up day and boom, looking more full. It is best to get as lean as you can before a bulk.

9/8/2012 Saturday
Updates: So I had my MRI on Friday. I was so tired that I passed out during the scanning. lol When I got done, I asked the tech how bad is it. He wouldn't tell me since he is not a doctor. I told him he doesn't have to give me any details. I just want to know does it looks like I need surgery but he still refuses to tell me and told me that I have to wait to see my doc. So today I was thinking about doing some shoulders work and all I have to do is be careful a bit more. If somehow I needed surgery then what does it matter now, right? Maybe this is a stupid move but I wanted to try and see how it goes.
Rest 9hrs. Slept thru morning form my nap last night. This is how tired I was.
Preworkout 1 scoop of Craze.
Intra 1 scoops of Complete and 1 scoops of Serum combined.
Postworkout Shake.
Shoulders
Warm up/Cardio: 30 minutes Elliptical, Cals = 320.
Exercise: 1 BB Up Right Rows
BARx20x1
95x10x5
Notes: Range of motion was about 90%. Couldn't really get it high enough but I am ok with that.
Exercise: 2 DB Front Raises
15x20x1
20x20x1
22.5x15x1
27.5x12x3
Exercise: 3 DB Lateral Raises
22.5x15x1
27.5x10x5
Notes: The above raises didn't bother the elbow at all.
Exercise: 4 Seated DBs Press (15 secs rest between sets)
10x30x4
10x25x2
Notes: I went super light because the doc had told me no pressing movement and no tricep works. It does bothers me a bit with this exercise on the down movement.
Exercise: 5 Seated DBs Rear Delt Flies
22.5x10x6
Notes: When I grip it thumbs less, it feels fine. But when I grip with thumbs, I slightly felt it.
Exercise: 6 BB Shrugs
135x20x2
185x15x4
Cardio:
I am short on time today so instead of doing incline walks I decided to do something different. I did 6 sets of 100 jump ropes superset with 50 knees high superset 30 yards suscide (2 trips). (80 secs rest) in between set. I wanted to puke again after the 4th sets. lol I was dripping in sweet each time I bend over trying to catch my breath, but it sure feels damn good afterward tho.
Well that is all I have today. Have a great weekend everyone! If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.
