Optimally, no. But you can either use a nonstick pan (and scrape like hell) or a microwave. Either option works well enough, but I think you'd be better off using some olive oil spray. It doesn't taste gross, and you're getting negligible calories.

Wait, what? I don't use butter, olive oil, or spray on when I make eggs and I've never had to scrape the pan to get them off. Why don't you just buy a non-stick teflon pan? Then just milk and eggs...

You could use the microwave, or a non-stick pan. I use oil or butter sometimes.

A good, new non-stick pan will remove a lot of those problems, but just a touch of spray from PAM would add like...10 calories, I don't see the problem. A few extra calories isn't going to make or break you, but it might make your life a lot easier if eggs are a regular part of your diet.

I have used the "I can't believe it's not butter" spray stuff in the past with egg beaters, and that seemed to work well for me. I too do not like using the no stick spray as I think it emits a funny taste.

I prefer using the microwave, but a nonstick plan works fine too - just keep stirring it.

It works well, but the eggs end up sticking to the bowl like crazy. I use the porcelain type, and I end up having to scrub them off with one of those green scratchy pads.

It is simple: if you like it well done, boil the egg till it is hard, clean the shell off and chop the hard boiled egg. If you like it runny, poach the egg in water (or boil it half way through) and chop it.

Non-stick pan and a plastic spatula so you don't mess up the non-stick surface. Srs, I bought a non-stick pan and I don't add any oil or butter at all. Not even burnt cheese sticks to this mfer.

Yes you can scramble eggs in the microwave using milk, but if milk is fat you want to stay away from use Flax milk or what ever you are using I would say start with 1Tablespoon of the milk or liquid for each egg you are going to make.
