    I usually eat eggs/ oats .. sometimes I'll have whole wheat bagel with PB instead of oats.. Or if I'm in a hurry I'll go with whey/oats/fish oil

    3 egg/3 egg white omelet

    Anything that lets you hit your macronutrient goals for that meal, and thus helps you in hitting them for the day. For general health purposes, I recommend consuming mostly whole foods and eating balanced meals. But as far as general body comp goes, calories in/calories out is the primary consideration.

    Can't cook in my dorm room so I make the following slop in a big friggin bowl:

    1 Cup Oatmeal (52 carbs/10 protein/5 fat) 300 cals
    4 Tbsp Natty PB (12 carbs/14 protein/32 fat) 380 cals
    2 Scoops Chocolate Whey (~2 carbs/32 protein/4 fat) 240 cals

    Total: 66 carbs/56 protein/41 fat 920 cals omnoms

    Protein Pancake: there are various recipes. Usually some combination of cottage cheese, ground oats, protein powder, eggs, and egg whites.

    You can then use some type of low low cal maple syrup or use vanilla whey, some sweetener, and a bit of water to make a kind of custard sauce.

    My personal favorite is a breakfast burrito as somebody eluded to earlier. Get some sausage or chicken, throw a couple eggs, some cheese, maybe some hashbrowns, some salsa... scrumptious.

    Also I get some fruits at breakfast to up the calories as well as Vitamins and minerals consumption
