If you feel up to it, feel free to keep your routine exactly the same. I have been on keto for almost 6 months and I have actually added a workout day. You should encounter no problems.

Try to stay as heavy as you were going before IMO. You built the muscle with whatever you lift, so you need to keep using that weight to keep it kind of thing.
