I need some help coming up with a diet and workout routine that will burn fat, tone and build muscle, right now i am topping the scales at 350 and needs to do something , I will be 30 in June and when it is all said and done I want to be 200 lbs again like i was when i was playing college baseball in the early 2000's. any help thanks
