Fat to Fit or Skinny to Brawny

    Hey guys,

Just want to get everyone's opinions. what do you think is the easier situation to get to a muscular solid ripped physique ??

Starting off reallllllly skinny hardly any body fat, practically no muscle at all and weak as piss.

    or,

Starting out reallly overweight heavy and a very high body fat percentage, (in the obese, morbidly obese) category ??

And, nutrition / sups, training and rest were all in check.

Just want to guage your opinions on which situation would yield better / faster results.

    THanks.

I think I would rather start of bigger, so that as I began lifting and doing cardio I would lose fat while preserving my muscle. As someone who has lost over 40 pounds, I find it hard as a skinny guy to ad muscle without gaining some fat back due to my metabolism. I think that if you start heavier, as long as you lift and do cardio you will make strength gains while losing fat.

Apparently some kid lost 12 lbs in wrestling by doing something in the sauna room in our school with dumbells for wrestling-practice after school in one day. I don't know if it's true or not though.

This, I've lost a few pounds in one workout but its just all water you sweat out of your body. That kid in wrestling probably gained it all back after a day or 2.

You realize once their 'transformation' completes they look skinnyfat with a ****load of excess skin.
The whole show is based on crash dieting as fast as possible.

I think you better start off skinny. Wouldn't want a heart attack when you're doing cardio as a morbidly obese person (and all the effort goes to waste)

If you start fat you'll have to deal with the loose skin. Even when I'll be at 160-170 pounds, I'll look fat because of all the skin...
