Pretzels and peanut butter are delicious. You're craving delicious. That's all...

To fight that kind of craving I'd either indulge moderately (fit it into your macros I mean). Or eat something else that is fatty and salty. I pretty much craved fatty and salty all the time when I started dieting.

    French Fries? Onion rings?

I'd fit it into your macros and kill the craving. if not, celery + peanut butter, or any other crunchy vegetable with something fatty or salty.

Also see this list which is a little silly, but still kind of helpful: http://figureathlete.tmuscle.com/fre...check_this_out

haha yeah, I'm always craving delicious

but salty foods are the trigger for me. I could eat a bag of pretzels, or better yet chex mix.
