In, part 1 of my atricle on how to be tonez, i missed a few points, and most importantly, forgot to include a toning diet. anyway, here it is. This was specifically requested by an anonymous member striving to be tone.
Before proceeding, please refer to part 1 of my guide on "how to be tone" since exercise is a crucial part of getting tone:

You must eat clean foods since clean foods have many calories. Fat is prohibited cuz everybody knows that eating fat make you fat. And gurlz dont like fat guys. Also, its a good idea to eat as little as you can since that will shed bodyfat in a very healthy way, but nobody cares about being healthy we just wanna be tone. I eat roughly <500 calories a day and im tone as ****. Anyway, heres my diet:
Breakfast: An almond
Lunch: Protein shake to recover my tone muscles, and maybe 1 oat
Dinner: I dont eat dinner cause food before bed makes you fat
And I lol at all the people who say "eat 6 meals a day cuz thats healthy" ... Tone people like us on completely different level than these "Swole" kids (who, btw, are all gay). We have no time to eat all these meals because,
1) We'll get fat
2) We're busy drivin' our Ferraris while getting head and mirin' our tone abz
Diet's pretty simple. Enjoy. Follow my professional advice and apply to IRL and soon, you'll be tone like me.

after i read the first one i bursted out laughing in the library*tried to suck my own dick but pulled a muscle in my lower back crew*
*steal toilet paper from the gym and bring it to my house crew*
*Make eye contact with my webcam while jacking it just in case crew*
