Looking for some advice on what would be some essential supps to take while losing fat. Looking to lose another 15-20 lbs, or exchange lard for muscle. Thanks.

Doesn't really matter, as the goal is to get 2-4g combined daily of DHA/EPA through both diet and supplementation. Just make sure to buy from a company you trust.Originally Posted by Slayer12

ehhh... I bet you could find a fish oil at walmart, but! it's walmart and I personally dont trust walmart!
