I've been doing the keto diet for 2 weeks now...and it feels real strange!!
First off, my lift went all up, much more power while I'm eating at a deficit, wich make me think o.O
Also, it feels like I'm gaining muscle mass, my biceps are more bigger, along with my pecs.
Anyone out there ever had this thing on keto?? i'm i eating to much to cut??
i'm 22 5,5 130-125 LBM, estimated at a 22-25 BF%, eating the fat and the protein I should, which gives me a 1600 calories diet
It's strange! cause it feels like I'm doing everything fine, along with liss, and lifting 6Xweeks
