    Cannot bend leg/knee

    Hi hope someone can help with a problem I am having. Went to the gym today, hit my legs and back. I could walk fine, 30-60 minutes later when I am walking down my home stairs, my right knee suddenly wont bend anymore. I am not in pain, only when I try to move it is when I have a slight pain (5/10). I took some advil and am icing right now before I go to bed...any ideas as to what happened? is it serious? thanks reps for decent replies...

    hyper extended it going up the stairs its happened to me before

    Yea when I was squatting on one of my last reps I sort of took a step forward while coming up, I was like fuuuuuuu prob. shouldn;t of done that, Thing is though I didnt feel any pain or anything, and I continued to workout for another 30-40 minutes. I think I just minorly hyper extended it somehow walking down the stairs.
