I did a search for "gylcemic carbs" and didn't really find the info I was looking for....
I have a couple of questions...
What are examples of Low Glycemic Carbs and High Glycemic Carbs?
- and -
I know that there is a good time to take each of them so...
When is it best to take Low/High Glycemic Carbs? and which ones do you take before and after your workout?
