muscle milk has great taste, but has some fat in it, so depending on how you balance out your diet it could be really good or not so good.

    costco protein

they also have the other brand that they sell (i think its premier). I have never seen it anywhere else but its only 28.99 for 6lbs. I bought some one time it tastes pretty good and is real cheap.

I'm pretty sure it's just on the muscle milk, which is a 3lb bottle. Not sure their price.

The $28.99 one is the EAS protein blend one. It's decent, but not the best IMO. I'm almost done with my bag and I doubt I'll get another unless I'm in a pinch.

    2 scoops = 300 calories n 110 from fat
so half of that would be 150 and 55.

I think the Costco Muscle Milk was different from the bb.com, it was a muscle milk 'plus'

Anyways, I tried it out and thought it was horrible tasting, but it had 26g of protein per serving.

I guess if you want some cheaper protein, they sell EAS Myoplex in a 5lb bag here by me. Taste is decent, good when blended with fruit.

Definitely wouldn't use it as a primary protein powder.

just to clarify. the muscle milk from costco that is being talking about in this thread is different from the normal muscle milk. I just picked up a couple tubs. It has 26g protein per scoop and only 2g carbs and i think its 3g fat but not sure in the fat. i know its low tho.
    Rack your weights!

But its on the BB.com forums it must be true!
