Monster milk vs Monster mass
Whats the real difference?
Won a contest at my local GNC so I can get a cytosport product for free. Thinking of this since muscle milk has that annoying after taste.
Looked at the make up of monster mass but it doesn't say what kind of whey it has in it.

If you get one free I would get the biggest Monster Milk they have. I love this product just can not afford to be getting it all of the time. Monster Mass is a gainer. However, if gaining is your priority, Cytosport Gainer or Collegiate would be better options. But for free, with the profile Monster Milk has, can not beat free, IMO.

The diffrence is the callories per serving with monster mass your getting a whole lot of callories and carbs. which is good if your bulking but these containers only last for a week or two compaired to muscle milk contianers last for a month less callories more for building lean mass

Yeah, monster mass has like double the calories but only like 15 servings. Probably gonna get monster milk which is like 24 servings.
