    Cutting fat fast

Ok so wrestling has jsut ended and I need to start training for next season, I want to loose about 10lbs of fat (im light heavyweight so trust me, i have it to loose) im 200 and want to cut to 190 then regain 10lbs of muscle. Question...if I run stairs for the next 5 weeks (mon-fri) and consume nothing but fruits/vegetables/white meat/whey protein/water/and whatever my parents make for dinner (not too much tho) will i be able to loose the weight fast. I figure up the greens to almost my whole diet and i could loose all the weight, and the protein shakes so muscle atrophy dosen't happen. Please give me some tips.

dont eat carbs for a week, and do cardio thats steady, and that will keep your heartrate up, and your breaths steady, like power walking

or you can do HIIT, which im doing for my cut

so far its been a week for me on keto, and ive lost 7 pounds

You don't want to do HIIT on keto diet. Low intensity cardio is what you want.
