All protein is going to have the same amount of calories per gram of protein. This is because one gram of protein equals 4 calories, 2 grams equals 8 calories etc. The only difference you may find from shake to shake is a difference in calories from carbs or fat. If you want less calories you will have to eat less protein.
Also adding muscle and cutting fat at the same time is physiological hard to do. Gaining muscle means having an excess of calories, and losing fat entails having a decrease in calories.

First off you need muscle in the first place then you can cut but it sounds like you run around alot so you don't have to worry about packing on fat. I take Elite whey by dymatize (idk if thats spelled right) it tastes good if you get the chocolate mint flavor which tastes pretty good in just water it just doesn't have bcaa's which are present in a protein like optimum whey but idk about how many calories it has. Whatever you decide bcaa's are great for cutting and you can buy them in powder capsules or a drink mix like scivation extend good luck
