    SQUAT- how many times a week?

    how many times a week should sqaut be done for a college fball player and how much rest in between doin squat?

    I Squat two times only if I have a light and heavy day. Mostly I only Squat once a week max.

    yeah they do....we do it once a week

    im just asking cause i wonderin if it would be more beneficial to me to do it twice a week..

    Cool

    You could go with something along the lines of HST for boasting squat strength and overall leg power. Maybe apply the HST approach to just squats. This would have you doing squats 3 times per week but at different intensities.
