How to take Muscle Pharm Assault & Battle fuel together?

I get my workouts in at the crack of dawn, on an empty stomach. Been using pre-workout supps on an empty stomach without issue...

Just recently picked up Muscle Pharm's Assault (pre-workout) and Battle Fuel (test booster) and was thinking I'd simply take both before my morning routine the way I would with my old supps.

Problem is, Battle Fuel recommends consuming on an empty stomach and Assault recommends the opposite.

People have suggested both can be taken together, but am I missing something?

Any suggestions or insight would be greatly helpful! Thanks!

I personally down my Battle Fuel pack with my Assault about 15-20 minutes before my workout when I'm stacking the two together. Whether your taking it on an empty stomach or have a meal in an hour before you should be good to go. Assault is providing you with 18g of carbs which should be enough to get you through your workout, but if your looking to optimize your gains I would wake up an extra hour earlier and get in a solid pre workout meal consisting of carbs and proteins with more emphasis on the carbs. Hope that helps!

Key dosing would be BF 30-45min preworkout and Assault ~20min preworkout, you dont necessarily HAVE to take Assault with food, just that it is quite strong...just assess your own tolerance and work with it.

I feel your pain, I can't take Assault on an empty stomach it makes me feel like crap the entire workout. I've had the greatest success taking it in the arvo after I've had a bunch of meals and I drink ALOT of water before hand, and after downing Assault I sip water constantly, I think the combination of a full stomach and being highly hydrated is the key.
