    ITT I show you what kind of legs you can build without squats

    my legs aren't amazing, but I don't think they're too bad... and ya rly, I don't squat. I've only been lifting legs for only about half a year too, I didn't work them at 1st when I started... fail. this just shows that squats are not absolutely necessary for good leg development.

    Did you do a lot of leg press? What were your main excercises. In the gym I'm working out at right now there is no squat racks (its small) but there is a leg press and Im able to do lunges w/ bar

    Nice wheels.

    Squats aren't my primary exersise either, having lower back issues it is very on and off. Leg presses have made my legs so much bigger though.

    I just don't like squats, I have lower back problems and it's pretty rough on it. I feel it in my quads so much more on leg press.



    here's what I do for legs on a normal day

    leg press- 5 sets
    hack squats- 4 sets
    leg extensions- 4 sets
    lying leg curls- 6 sets
    leg extensions- 1-2 sets, go very slowly and pause for 5 seconds at the top, my legs are dead by the end of this.
