Ok if you're gaining lean mass + losing fat, chances are you probably aren't hitting the optimum amount of lean mass gains as you would be if you were gaining lean mass + gaining a little bit of fat. It stands to reason because you would be above your maximum amount of lean gains, instead of possibly being below if you are losing fat.. If that makes any sense to anyone else.

If you have done a couple of years of bodybuilding and dont have any noob gains left and if you have already a low body fat and if you're not using any kind of illegal performing enhancer, then its pretty difficult or impossible
Congratz for your great genetics and doing the impossibleDont do your best. Do whatever it takes.

1. Your title "teen section is retarded" has very little to do with your actual thread topic. It's more of a bash toward the section of the forum.
2. In most circumstances it is difficult, if not impossible, to gain high amounts of muscle mass, while getting rid of bodyfat. One person being able to do so is not a standard for the rest of humanity. So congrats on the genes. If I had a cookie smiley I would give it to you.
