The jury is still out, though I have a friend on keto who swears by them.

R-ala can work pretty well for carb up days. I def. notice a difference in the amount of time it takes me to get back in ketosis.

Carb blockers are a waste of money IMO. Proper nutrition and training are best. If you do not make a lifestyle change, you are wasting your time and your $$$ IMO.

Even if carb blockers work, what's the point of taking them during carb-ups? Isn't that just going to defeat the object?

Does it give the possibility to eat more of high carb food on the carb up day ? It could be interesting I could take a carb blocker and eat some chocolate or cookies once in a while on my carb up day.

I wonder if those carb blockers could allows a little more cheating on carb up day, especially concerning the bad carbs coming from refined sugar...
Just do your best and if its not enough, well... just do what it takes...

Belief and faith in yourself is everything you need to have to achieve anything.
