According to the real study thats been published (not on their own website where they sell the product) which is what everyone is basing the increases in test off of, they used over 3gms.

All the patent stuff aside, this stuff has a lot of promise. AX Hard Fx will be ready for sell this week, so will soon see how good it is. Dosing 3 grams seems very high, I would not think the dose would need to be that high. Did they explain in the study why the 3 grams was chosen?

I think that the potential long-term side-effects of this supplement are worrisome, regardless of what the bro-science says. Something that is potentially hepatoxic as well as being associated with a whole grocery list of chronic diseases is not a good solution for you bodybuilding needs. One thing is for sure, if you're taking this, you'd better up your intake of anti-oxidants.




We're getting close to the point where flat out taking anabolic steroids that have a long-term track record is becoming the safer way to go. There are no long-term health studies on DAA.


I don't think a short term cycle of this stuff is going to hurt anyone but you know that there are people who will hear "natural" and "amino acid" and abuse the **** out of this product without giving a 2nd thought to the long-term health effects.
