Bumping your thread after 16 minutes at 2AM in the morning, seriously? Warm up with what feels good for you. If you want a cookie-cutter rep scheme, try:

    135x5
    185x5
    225x3
    275x1
    305x1 (optional)
    335x1

This is only a suggestion and others who post after me will most likely give you a completely different list of weights/reps... good luck.

    I'd go:

    135 x 5
    180 x 1
    220 x 1
    250 x 1
    290 x 1

I personally do a pretty minimal warm-up for pr's so i would go something like

    135X 5
    225X 3
    315X 1
    330

Most guys would prolly do a little more though.

Edit: Just saw how much time passed so never mind. U get a new pr?
