Let's see how to start, I was bodybuilding for along time and then I blew out a hernia in my groin and took 13 months to get the surgery done because the doctor thought there might be another one one the other side getting ready to pop out as well, witch it never did.
Anyways its been around 5 months now since the surgery and I can now lift without feeling to much pain, but as I'm sure you've guessed by now I'm going to try [Kris Gethin " Your 12-Week Daily Video Trainer"] and I was just wondering if anyone has tried it and liked our god results from it.
I cant really get back into my super heavy lifting just yet but I wanted to use this for now, at least until I built some more strength again. So if you do know anything about this workout let me know please and thanks in advance.
