any tips to get rid of a hangover and get ready for gym?

ok i woke up, i actually feal not to bad, i had 2 pints of water and 2 scoops of whey in water + 5g fish oil.
in avbot 30 mins ill have like 5 eggs, toast, beans and hope im ready to move weight tonight!!I do it because i can, i can because i want to, i want to because you sed i couldent.

hangover sh*t and b vitamins (something like n.o.xplode).. milk thistle but i have a feeling it doesnt help with alcohol

what u all doing for the rugby later? im gonna go to the gym at 3 then go back to my friends and start drinking again.. he said he knows some 'six nations drinking game' off ******** lol.. sucks training hungover though.. gonna go in the sauna + steam room and just drink a sh*t load of water
