Soccer is the dumbest sport ever. its on espn right now and this crap is unwatchable. the english premier league players dont look like they have any more skill than my 8 year old ayso team used to.

It does take a bit of skill (control of ball) but once you get to a certain point you just cannot find it entertaining or still a learning point anymore. It's basically once you have a good control over the ball you go play a game where for 80 out of 90 minutes if you are lucky, you will not have the ball and the rest of the time you just run along and pass it

I don't like NFL I find it unbelievably boring and annoying. I dont understand the rules and dont understand the need for padding.

In saying that i am sure its a great game to play and the atmosphere at a match must be amazing ( been reading about the Grand finals they are having this week and the passion at which people follow teams).

You can't watch it expecting an action-packed 90 minutes you ***got, football, or soccer as you call it is about the 10 seconds of magic to create a goal. You can't expect mega high score lines or action packed because teams have a lot stronger defence nowadays.
