    old protein powder

    im sure this has been asked b4 but i culdnt find it newhere but is it ok to use old protein powder? and this stuffs going on a year old i think haha

    haha got it from a friend who had it around for a while and he gave it 2 me since he duznt use it and i havent used supplements or protein powder b4 but i know how 2 so i was askin and itll save me money

    gotcha. but yea go ahead and use it. im sure protein powder doesnt go bad for at least 3 or 4 years. as long as it doesnt get wet. just like any other powder (flour sugar ect.)
