    How much weight do you go up per week?

    Not in weights, but i mean ur body weight, how many lbs/ kg are u supposed to be growing by when bulking per week??

    Alright, is this a bad idea, instead of counting calories, ill look at my weight before i sleep and try to gain about 0.2 lbs a day, equallying 1.4lbs a week??

    because when i tried calorie counting i fk up all the time

    No, that sounds stupid.

    Weigh yourself in the morning for one, and how do you fk up counting calories? Take a small notebook and keep track, it's not that hard.

    Weight can vary about 10lbs with just water weight, lol. It can vary more but that's probably the most extreme if you're tryingto bulk, so this would be a very ****ty idea.
