hey everyone... ive posted a thread a while back ago about me going from 265 down to 230 i was happy, but now im back... posting from 265 now down to 215 . so happy 50 pounds gone ... ive been using p90-x and to tell you.. this is the ****.. i love the program ...
well tell me what you think before and after... my goal weight before was 220.. ive passed that , so now its 200 im 6 foot 2.
.im not yet done with the program. im on day 73 i think....
well please tell me what you think....

That P90X is working for you bro. To be honest, any program followed with a strict diet will work. However, if your knowledge of working out correctly is limited then the best thing to do is exactly what you are doing. I have no doubt that you will reach your goals with this program. Keep pushing play!

to all comments yes.. its hard working starting .. because you dont see results as fast as you want them, but keep going because once you see people talking to you about how good you look and u see how better you look.. it keeps you going.. yes i am very dedicated to get to where i want to be..
yea im almost done with the 90 days, gonna start it over... but with a stricter diet....
and for the abs.. yea i probably would want some, but for now.. it doesnt matter.

Repped man, fantastic work! November 7th will mark my fourth month. I started at 205 and am currently sitting at 170. I know I've busted my ass for those 35lbs. Your 50 are great! Keep up the good work. How do you like that Ab Ripper X program?

thanks man.. well the ab Ripper x is tough man.. ive only done it once because im focusing on losing the stomach completely before i work abs.. but that 15-20 min of abs are tough.. what about you?
