According to Muscle and Fitness, Dwayne Johnson takes
Preworkout:
12 oz. fresh, uncooked testicles of a silverback gorilla
During Workout
12 oz. unborn virgin cobra's blood
Post Workout:
12 oz. fresh, uncooked heart of a lion
From what i see there is no indication that they're just fuking around.
What's up with this?

If I remember correctly, the magazine even set off the crazy stuff in a gray highlighting to make it pretty clear that that crazy stuff was a joke. You didn't quote it correctly. I think they listed the real stuff, and then the last item listed was the joke. It amazes me that some of the readership really thought, "hey, where can I buy a lion heart? My grocery store doesn't carry that."
