Monday: workout and cardio
Tuesday:Workout
Wednesday:Workout and cardio
Thursday:workout
Friday:workout and cardio.
I'm on a cut, if that matters.

This is how I take mine currently.
I take 2 scoops mixed with my pre workout (White Flood), and sip on 2 more scoops during workout.
If you have a pre workout drink maybe try doing the same. If not, then I'd sip on it (however many scoops you use) during workout and cardio.
Also, days you do cardio, depending how long you're in the gym and do cardio, might wanna sip on some during your workout, finish it, then take another serving during cardio.

depends on how tight your money is. When I cut I was taking 4 scoops mixed with vasocharge pre, 6-8 scoops during, and 2 scoop after. When mixing try using warmer water as it will help dissolve the white particles better. Or you can mix it and set it in the fridge for about 30 mins as well.

Well assuming the scivation guys' being reps, I'm sure they get a significant amount of their own products for a small cost or even free perhaps. If this were the case, I'd do this too. The Blue Raspberry Xtend is SOOOO GOOOD!! I would drink it continually if it wasn't for the $$$

OP you should be getting sufficient aminos throughout the day through food. Intra workout is a little different, you want a lot of aminos during workout, while not being full. 4 Scoops intra-workout, you can throw a 4-6 scoops into a jug of water on your cardio days and sip it throughout the entire day.
The study done on Xtend shows individuals working out 4x a week utilizing 4 scoops of Xtend intraworkout. the results is 9lbs of LBM gained over the time frame.
You want amino's when the body is losing them the most, and that is during a workout. Xtend is there to deliver back to your body what it is loosing to keep you in an anabolic state at all times. Since branch chains are INSTANTLY absorbed by the bloodstream that is the most optimal way to dose xtend.
